Customer support was okay overall, but the refund took way longer than it should have. I get that things can take time, but it doesn’t feel fair to keep people waiting around for their money without better updates.

I’ve bought quite a few comics on comixology, and for the most part it does what I need. My purchases usually show up fast, and reading on my tablet is easy and convenient.

The subscription can be worth it if you read a lot, but it’s kind of frustrating when the books I actually want aren’t included. I’ve also had moments where it feels like customer feedback or issues just kind of disappear into the void, which makes the whole experience feel a bit ignored.

Sales prices are usually solid, but regular prices can feel a little steep sometimes. Overall, I still use it and like it for buying comics, but I wish the pricing and support side felt a little more consistent.

I’m protective of my time, so I don’t like having to dig around forever just to find what I want to read. This keeps my library tidy, and it’s easy to spot new comics without feeling like I’m getting lost in everything

I’ve been trying to keep all my reading stuff in one place lately, mostly because I’m already juggling too many apps on my phone. This makes it easy since it works with my Amazon login, and my old comixology books show up alongside my Kindle stuff. If I buy a comic, it gets sent to my Kindle app quickly, which is nice when I’m just sitting around after dinner and want to read something right away. The menus could definitely be better, but overall the account syncing makes it simple enough for me

I’ve been using comixology for a bit now and the reading experience is just really smooth. the Guided View is probably my favorite part, especially when I’m on my phone, since it goes panel to panel and I don’t have to keep zooming in and out. Pages load Fast too, so I can read in bed without messing around with anything. happy with it overall.
